We ordered 1000 9/10" latex balloons from Promotion Choice, and the quality of the print was fantastic! For some reason, a few of them (maybe like 30 or so) had tiny pinholes in them, but promotion choice promptly replaced them and even sent us a few extra. We were really impressed. Thank you! Product was exactly as described and imprinted well. Very responsive to a rush order, which was delivered on time. Of 45 Footballs, one was defective and the company immediately offered to replace or refund for that one, without having to return it. I would order from this company again.
